Night Shade
While other teenage girls daydream about boys, Calla Tor imagines ripping out her enemies’ throats. And she wouldn’t have it any other way. Calla was born a warrior and on her eighteenth-birthday she’ll become the alpha female of the next generation of Guardian wolves. But Calla’s predestined path veers off course the moment she saves the life of a wayward hiker, a boy her own age. This human boy’s secret will turn the young pack's world upside down and forever alter the outcome of the centuries-old Witches' War that surrounds them all
I won this ARC and I was very very impressed with this book. I won't give away the plot, as it comes out in October, but I loved this book. It was a nice change to see a female character that was strong but she still had a vulnerability that made her seem real. The characters are easy to realte too, even the ones that are considered to be "bitches". I want to say more but to do so would spoil the book, so I highly reccomend you all to read this book when it comes out
